Your 2026 Tech Stack: Why I Run My Entire Business on Ivorey (And Why My Clients Do Too)

If you’ve ever looked at your subscriptions and thought,
“How did I end up paying for this many tools?”
You’re not alone.

Most business owners don’t start out wanting a bloated tech stack. It just happens.

One tool for email.
Another for checkouts.
Another for calendars.
Another for contracts.
Another for courses.
Another for CRM.
Then another tool to make them all talk to each other.

Before you know it, your backend is expensive, clunky, and held together with duct tape.

This is exactly why I moved my business - and migrated around eight clients - to Ivorey.

Not because it’s shiny. Not because it’s trendy. But because it replaces chaos with clarity.

Why I Care So Much About Tech Stacks

I’m a business manager and consultant. I live in the backend.

I see what breaks.
I see what gets missed.
And I see how small gaps quietly turn into much bigger problems down the track.

I also know how overwhelming tech decisions can feel, especially when you’re growing, wearing every hat, or trying to keep costs under control without cutting corners that matter.

For the first two years of my business, I didn’t even have a website.
No socials. No funnels. No fancy systems.

Everything came from word of mouth and relationships.

So when I recommend tools now, it’s never from a “buy everything” mindset. It’s from a lean, intentional, sustainable place. What will actually support you now - and still hold you when you scale?

Ivorey Is the Backbone of My Business

Ivorey is the core system I run my business on.

It’s an all-in-one platform built on GoHighLevel and white-labelled by two incredible women, and it’s one of the most comprehensive systems I’ve worked with across my career.

More importantly, it’s practical.

Inside Ivorey, I manage:

  • my website and domain hosting

  • sales pages and funnels, including opt-ins, launches and evergreen offers

  • email marketing, segmentation and automations

  • CRM and pipelines to track the full customer journey

  • contracts, proposals and document sending

  • forms, surveys and quizzes

  • webinars and live event funnels

  • courses, memberships and communities

  • calendars and bookings without needing external tools

  • marketing campaigns and nurture sequences

  • workflows and automations that reduce manual admin

  • client portals and branded experiences

It integrates seamlessly with Stripe, Xero, Notion, Make.com and other tools I already use, which means fewer workarounds and far less mental load.

I also moved my own business from Flodesk to Ivorey, consolidating email marketing, workflows and segmentation into one place. That shift alone reduced subscriptions, simplified my backend, and gave me far more visibility over the full customer journey.

To date, I’ve migrated around eight client businesses from platforms like Kajabi, Kartra, Thinkific, Teachable, Mighty Networks and other fragmented setups into Ivorey.

In almost every case, we:

  • reduced monthly software costs

  • simplified the backend

  • removed duplicate tools

  • improved client experience

  • built systems that actually scale

That’s why Ivorey sits at the centre of my tech stack.

The Rest of My Tech Stack (Kept Lean on Purpose)

I’m not loyal to tools for the sake of it. I’m loyal to what works.

Alongside Ivorey, these are the tools I use and recommend most often:

  • Google Workspace for email, docs, calendars and shared files

  • Notion for internal projects and planning, dashboards and client hubs

  • Xero for accounting and reconciliation

  • Stripe for receiving payments seamlessly

  • Wise for paying my team member based in the UK

  • Make.com for advanced automations and system connections

  • ChatGPT (paid plan) for strategy, planning, content and custom GPTs

  • Canva for design and client assets

  • Loom (paid plan) for walkthroughs, handovers and async support

  • Descript for audio and video content

  • Scribe for SOPs and process documentation

A note on Chat GPT. I pride myself on using ChatGPT as a strategic layer in my business.

On the paid plan, I work inside Projects, with custom instructions and uploaded files for my business and for each client. That includes brand guidelines, long-form copy, tone of voice, offers, buyer psychology and systems context.

I also build custom GPTs that act like a second brain - trained deeply enough that the output sounds like the person it’s built for, not like AI. This saves hours each week while keeping everything aligned, human and on-brand.

AI, Automation and Systems That Talk to Each Other

Automation isn’t about removing the human touch. It’s about removing unnecessary friction.

Using Make.com, I connect systems so data flows properly. For example:

  • form submissions triggering CRM updates and tagging

  • purchases kicking off onboarding emails and portal access

  • webinar registrations syncing with follow-ups

  • calendars, email and client records staying aligned

  • leads being segmented automatically based on behaviour

When systems talk to each other, you gain clarity.
When they don’t, things fall through the cracks.

AI supports this by speeding up thinking, planning and execution - not by replacing judgment or nuance.

Systems Audits: The “Fresh Eyes” Most Businesses Need

Most business owners build their systems themselves. And honestly, they usually do a great job.

But there’s always a final layer people miss - segmentation gaps, broken workflows, unnecessary tools, unclear onboarding, or automations that don’t fire properly.

That’s why I offer Systems Audits.

In these sessions, I audit one to two systems - Ivorey, email marketing, CRM, funnels, onboarding, workflows or integrations - and give you clear, practical guidance on what to fix, simplify or prioritise next.

They’re ideal if:

  • you’ve set things up yourself and want a second pair of eyes

  • you’re considering migrating platforms

  • you want to reduce tech costs

  • you don’t need full implementation, just clarity

I offer systems audits and strategy sessions at $350 through the rest of 2025 and January 2026. That pricing will increase after that.

Final Thought

You don’t need more tools.
You need the right ones, set up properly, connected intentionally, and aligned with how you actually work.

That’s what I care about.
That’s what I build.
And that’s what I help my clients untangle every single day.
