Systems Audit for Growing Businesses

A personalised Systems Audit to review your setup, spot what’s been missed, and give you a clear, strategic plan forward.

You didn’t start your business to become a systems expert.

You started it to do meaningful work, support your clients, and build something sustainable.

Somewhere along the way, managing tools, workflows, and platforms became part of the job. Not because you wanted it to, but because that’s what growing a business demands.

You’re not alone.

Many founders underestimate how much the role demands, not just vision and leadership, but fluency in tools and systems we were never trained to use, let alone master.

Maybe you’re growing quickly, managing too many moving parts, or just questioning whether your tech stack is truly working for you, or if it’s holding you back.

It’s not your fault. These platforms are complicated by design.

OVERVIEW

So, what is a Systems Audit?

A Systems Audit is a strategic review of how your tools, workflows, and integrations are actually functioning inside your business.

IIt’s designed to help you see what’s working, what’s been missed, and where things feel harder than they need to be - without jjudgement and without pressure to rebuild everything from scratch.

This isn’t about adding more tech. It’s about making smarter use of what you already have, and understanding what truly needs attention next.

Here’s who the Systems Audit tends to work best for.

  • Early-stage founders or small teams who are setting up or refining a core platform and want to make sure it’s done properly from the start.

  • Fast-growing service-based businesses juggling multiple tools (e.g., email marketing, client onboarding, project management), but without a clear strategy for how they all connect.

  • Established businesses with a growing team who are already successful but have outgrown your original systems and can feel the inefficiencies creeping in.

  • Overwhelmed solopreneurs doing everything themselves; delivering client work, marketing, managing admin, and constantly wondering whether your tools are helping or hindering.

Who you’ll be working with

Hi, I’m Lee-Anne, the founder of Mindful Management Co.

I help business owners untangle messy systems, simplify their tech, and build backends that actually support growth instead of slowing it down.

Most of my clients come to me feeling capable but frustrated. Their tools technically work, but everything feels harder than it should.

Too many platforms. Too much manual effort. Too much brain space taken up by admin, follow-ups, and the constant sense that there has to be a better way.

The Systems Audit is where we slow things down and look properly. I review how your tools, workflows, and integrations are really functioning behind the scenes, not just how they’re meant to work in theory.

From there, I give you clear, practical recommendations you can actually act on.

No judgement. No pressure to rebuild everything. Just honest insight, strategic direction, and a plan that fits where your business is now and where it’s going next.

Think of this as bringing in a calm, experienced second brain to make sense of the backend, so you can get back to running your business with more ease.

Frequently Asked Questions

MORE INFORMATION

What is a Systems Audit?

A Systems Audit is a strategic review of your business tools, workflows, and integrations. It looks at how things are actually functioning behind the scenes, not just how they’re meant to work in theory. The goal is to identify what’s working well, what’s been missed, and where things feel harder than they need to be, so you have clear, practical next steps instead of guessing or patching things together.

Who is a Systems Audit best suited for?

The Systems Audit works best for founders and small teams who are growing, evolving, or feeling friction in their backend.

That might look like feeling stretched by manual processes, unsure whether your systems are set up properly, or sensing that your business has outgrown the way things were originally built.

My systems are technically working. Do I still need an audit?

Often, yes. Most systems “work” on the surface, but still involve unnecessary manual effort, clunky workflows, or missed opportunities for automation. A Systems Audit helps you move from systems that simply function to systems that actively support how you work. It’s less about fixing what’s broken, and more about strengthening what’s already there.

I’ve recently migrated from Kajabi to Ivorey myself. Is a Systems Audit still useful?

Yes, absolutely. If you’ve recently moved from Kajabi to Ivorey and handled the migration yourself, a Systems Audit can give you peace of mind that everything has been set up correctly. I review things like your overall structure, products and offers, workflows, automations, email setup, and integrations, and flag anything that’s been missed or could be optimised.

I’ve supported multiple Kajabi to Ivorey migrations and worked inside over 14 Ivorey accounts through audits and implementations, so I know where small setup issues commonly slip through and how to address them early. This isn’t about redoing your work. It’s me strengthening what you’ve already built.

What do I receive at the end of the audit?

You’ll receive a detailed report outlining findings, recommendations, and clear priorities, along with a recorded walkthrough so nothing gets lost. You’ll know exactly what to focus on now, what can wait, and what doesn’t actually need changing at all.

Do you implement the recommendations as well?

Implementation is optional. Some clients prefer to take the recommendations and action them themselves or with their team. Others choose to continue working with me to bring the recommendations to life. If you’d like implementation support, we’ll discuss options based on scope and priorities.

What if I’m not sure which audit tier I need?

That’s completely fine. Choose the option that feels closest to your current setup. We’ll confirm scope during the setup call and adjust if needed. The goal is always to choose the level of support that genuinely makes sense for your business.

“Lee-Anne has such a way with technology and systems that constantly leaves me in awe. I’ve learned so much through her calm, easy-to-understand, and, quite frankly, fun approach to advising. She sees things others would normally skim over and pays exceptional attention to detail, even in the smallest and seemingly unimportant aspects of a digital ecosystem. I’d trust Lee-Anne with anything. I would highly recommend working with her if you want a business you can stop second-guessing how to run.”
