At the helm of Mindful Management Co is our founder Lee-Anne, a systems strategist, tech integrator, and Fractional COO known for her rare ability to blend sharp strategy with grounded execution.
Lee-Anne brings a level of detail and depth that’s hard to find. She sees the whole board, from backend workflows to launch planning, AI integration to strategic presence, and ensures that every element is considered, aligned, and implemented with precision. Nothing gets missed.
With nearly two decades of cross-industry experience (we're talking sales, strategy, operations and tech) and an insatiable curiosity for emerging trends and technologies, Lee-Anne is always evolving - not for the sake of following hype, but to ensure her clients' businesses are ready for what’s next.
She’s technically brilliant (especially when it comes to AI and smart integrations), but never loses the human-first approach that sets her apart.
Systems and strategy aren’t just services, they’re her second language.
For most of my adult life, I chased the version of “success” I thought I was supposed to want.
I spent 19 years building a career across sales, business development, strategy, project management, and tech. I worked in corporate roles that looked impressive on paper; remote teams, big projects, even all-expenses-paid trips to Singapore, yet my nervous system whispered, nope.
In my late 20s, I packed my bags for London, searching for the next big thing. I travelled to over 25 countries, thinking freedom meant more. But each achievement felt like ticking a box someone else had drawn.
It took redundancy, family illness, and the reality check of solo motherhood for me to finally ask: what does success actually feel like for me?
The truth was, I didn’t hate work – I hated the way work was structured. I was never meant to thrive in a corporate box. Many of my clients can relate to this as well.
Everything changed after I became a mother.
Returning to work after 12 months with my daughter, Ari, I found myself on a glamorous work trip, something I thought was the pinnacle of corporate “success” – yet I felt more disconnected than ever. I was part-time on paper, full-time in reality, juggling a remote team across time zones while raising a baby.
I kept wondering why I couldn’t keep up, until I realised: something had to give.
I couldn’t continue to scale the corporate ladder while feeling the growing call for something more aligned within me.
So, I chose to rewrite the rules.

Simplify and streamline their backend operations
Implement tech and automations that actually work
Embrace AI-powered systems that save time without losing the human touch
Scale with clarity, confidence, and ease
I’m the second brain, strategic powerhouse, and safe pair of hands that isn’t afraid to do things differently, so my clients can focus on the work that lights them up.
Beyond business, I’m a big believer in living with intention. The gym is my sanctuary. Lifting heavy things is my therapy. Nature, personal development, and nervous system work keep me grounded. Eighteen months ago, I chose sobriety – one of the most liberating decisions I’ve ever made. It gave me the clarity to see what truly matters: connection, presence, and a life that feels as good as it looks.
Today, my mission is simple:
To help founders build businesses that feel good to run, one mindful step at a time.
