For most of my adult life, I chased the version of “success” I thought I was supposed to want.

I spent 19 years building a career across sales, business development, strategy, project management, and tech. I worked in corporate roles that looked impressive on paper; remote teams, big projects, and even all-expenses-paid trips to Singapore.

In my late 20s, I packed my bags for London, searching for the next big thing. I travelled to over 25 countries in the pursuit of deeper fulfilment, but each achievement I landed felt empty, like ticking a box someone else had drawn.

When I returned home, life continued to throw its curveballs. Redundancy, family illness, and eventually the beautiful chaos of solo motherhood. Somewhere between sleepless nights and gruelling workdays, I realised that success that didn't honour sustainability or wellbeing isn’t really success at all.

I knew I didn’t actually hate work, I hated the expectations around how work was structured. I also knew I couldn’t thrive in a corporate box, I believe most people can’t, something many of my clients can relate to as well. With a little out-of-the-box thinking and a tonne of resilience (thank you motherhood & entrepreneurship!), I determined to create a profitable business that sustained my family, my wellbeing, and everyone it served.

That’s how Mindful Management Co was born. A business built on the belief that founders deserve systems, strategy, and support that allow both their businesses and their lives to thrive.
