With over 15 years of experience spanning strategy, sales, technology, and leadership, Lee-Anne blends sharp expertise with a warm, approachable energy. She doesn’t just offer solutions—she creates space for your vision to thrive, guiding you with unwavering support every step of the way.

ELLA COTTERELL, Business SUPPORT

Ella holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychological Science from the University of Queensland and is certified as an Embodiment Practitioner and Somatic Trauma Educator. Early in her career, she supported ex-Federal Police Officers and Veterans transitioning back to civilian life and worked as a Research Support Officer, helping implement Trauma-Informed Models of Care in rehabilitation facilities.

After struggling with ongoing burnout and uncovering her neurodivergence, Ella shifted her focus to "helping the helpers," offering online business support to organisations working at the intersection of social justice, healing, and liberation. She has since retrained as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, and Community Director, gaining experience across more than 20 businesses and organisations.

Originally from Australia, Ella is now based in London, UK.
